DORAEMON TOFU is known for our high-quality, safe, and reliable tofu. At DORAEMON TOFU FACTORY, we use technologies and quality control systems from Japan—the home of both Doraemon and tofu—to make tofu that is not only delicious, but also safe and reliable. Here we introduce the various efforts we go through in our manufacturing processes and hygiene management to produce our high-quality products.
Careful Screening and Management of Ingredients
At DORAEMON TOFU FACTORY, we only use ingredients that have been screened carefully. The main ingredients for our tofu are protein-rich soybeans from the U.S., as well as slightly sweeter soybeans from Canada.
These high-quality ingredients are stored in fully temperature-controlled environments to prevent deteriorations in quality, allowing us to make delicious tofu at all times.
Regular Taste Tests to Maintain Flavor
Our staff members taste test the soy milk (the base ingredient for our tofu) every day to check for changes in flavor, and maintain the delicious flavor we’ve always offered. Staff members also regularly taste test the tofu themselves, thus preserving the flavor for both the ingredients and the products themselves.
Offering Freshly-Made Tofu, Using a Japanese Manufacturing Method
DORAEMON TOFU is made with the same equipment used in factories in Japan—the home of tofu, and with the same manufacturing methods as well. Because our tofu is made with the same methods used in Japan, we are able to offer delicious tofu with authentic flavors and textures. And because our tofu is shipped directly from our factories to our stores, they are sold in-store only two days after shipping. This prevents the deterioration of flavor over time, allowing us to offer fresh and delicious tofu at all times.
Strict Hygiene Management for Safe, Reliable Products
DORAEMON TOFU is made using the strict hygiene management methods used in Japan. By making sure to clear Japanese hygiene management standards, which are known for being strict, we are able to offer tofu that are extremely safe and reliable in terms of hygiene. We also maintain precise control over our production—for instance, displaying product temperature during the manufacturing process for better management, in our efforts to continue making high-quality products.

Soft Japanese type Tofu
Tofu with a slight sweetness and a strong soybean flavor. Recommended for hot pot dishes and as hiyayakko (on its own, chilled and served as a block with toppings like shaved bonito and green onion). Cook to give them a light, fluffy texture. Perfect way to experience Japanese-style eating, which places emphasis on the natural flavors of each ingredient. Japanese type Tofu
Japanese tofu that has a bit of a firmer texture. They also firm up slightly when cooked, allowing them to maintain their shape even after cooking. We recommend using these in hot pot dishes, as well as in mapo tofu dishes (Szechuan-style spicy tofu). Ingredients：American soy beans 50%、Canadian soy beans 50% Sizes: 300g 、150g 、180g （round pack）

This type of tofu is known as momen tofu, and is very popular in Japan. Though momen tofu in general is known for having a firmer texture than other types of tofu, we made this product even more firm to suit the tastes of our Vietnamese customers.
